We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications.

• Fees for Services are listed on our website or provided directly to you.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

• We may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We are not responsible for errors or security breaches arising from their systems.

• All purchases are final unless a refund policy is expressly stated.

• Digital products (courses, downloads, toolkits) are generally non-refundable once delivered.

• Coaching and consulting sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or canceled sessions without notice are non-refundable.

• Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but fees are not prorated for partial months.

• All course materials, coaching frameworks, videos, podcasts, PDFs, workbooks, and digital resources provided through our Services are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, or sell any content without our express written consent.

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login details.

• Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
