Dr. David A Palmer

I know you're exhausted. I know you've tried the charts, the rewards, and the consequences—and I know they haven't worked.

As a father of six neurodivergent kids and a veteran special education teacher, I've been in your shoes. You're not a bad parent, and your child isn't "broken."

You've just been given the wrong manual.

89% of "Behavioral Problems" are actually Nervous System Responses.

✅ Does the After-School Crash leave your whole house in chaos?

✅ Are you stuck in a "Shame Loop" because nothing you do seems to help?

✅ Is your own nervous system constantly triggered, making you a "thermometer" instead of a "thermostat?

Step 1 – Strategy Call

Rewire Strategy Call (20 minutes, free).
You share what’s happening at home and what you’ve already tried. I’ll help you map what’s going on in your child’s nervous system and identify the 1–2 biggest levers we can pull first.

Step 2 – Custom Plan

Choose the right coaching track.
If we both feel it’s a fit, I’ll recommend my 12-week personalized coaching track, walk you through what it includes, and answer any questions so you can decide with confidence.

Step 3 – Implementation

Start rewiring your responses together.
Once you enroll, we schedule your sessions, complete a deep dive intake, and begin building and practicing a calm-first plan that actually works on a hard Tuesday night—not just on paper.

It has been a privilege to work with Dr.Palmer! His insights and guidance were a tremendous help in navigating all things neurodivergence and parenting in general. The reassurance and validation he gave us in knowing what we were dealing with on a daily basis was not only typical but expected, really helped us feel so much more at ease!

Dr Palmer's insight on supporting  neurodivergent children is both powerful and practical. His emphasis on building  nervous system safety through relationships is a vital reminder that regulation comes through co-regulation. This work is a must for anyone committed to honoring neurodiversity and helping every child thrive and being unapologetically  themselves.
